Ascent is provided by Brightwood Apps LLC. These terms cover the Ascent web service. Updated October 24, 2026.
Ascent helps you organize trips, record points balances, and discover reported airline award availability. Availability, schedules, cabins, cash comparisons, transfer terms and prices can change. Confirm all details directly with the airline and points program before transferring or booking. Ascent does not transfer points, sell airline tickets, or guarantee seats.
Use an email address and sign-in methods you control. Keep your sign-in codes private. You are responsible for the information you save and activity on your account. Do not misuse the service, access other accounts, or interfere with the service or its providers.
Saved balances are provided by you and are not live account connections. Point values vary between programs. Transfers may be irreversible or delayed. Airline bookings and transfers are governed by those providers’ terms.
Web billing is currently in Stripe test mode only and accepts no real payments. The displayed Premium plans are $7.99 USD per month or $59.99 USD per year, renewing automatically until canceled. No free trial is offered. Test subscriptions can be managed or canceled in Settings → Manage billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current test billing period. The free demo allows one trip departing within 30 days.
We may update or interrupt the service. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without guarantees of completeness, continuous availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
See the Privacy Policy. You may delete your Ascent account in Settings. Deletion removes your Ascent account and its saved data.
